Most frequent questions and answers

If you purchased before 5/22/2020 on our website at www.stockmarketwolf.com and have your membership through our legacy payment processor PayPal

Follow the steps below: 

  • – Log into your PayPal
  • – Click the charge under “recent activity”
  • – Click “manage modern millionaire society payments”
  • – Click on “cancel” and then hit “confirm I wanted to cancel”

The CUB PROGRAM and ALPHA WOLF PROGRAM (formerly known as Lifetime) are both ONE TIME PAYMENTS

The WOLF PROGRAM is a month-to-month program and it will auto-renew. If you purchased on the 1st of the month it will renew on the 1st of every month.

You can cancel at any time and you are not under contract, however, you need to cancel before your renewal date, otherwise, your membership will be valid until the end of your last payment. 

For example : If you purchased on the monthly subscription on April
1st and cancel on April 2nd…your membership will last the monthly subscription you paid for April and you will lose access on May 1st.

WE DO NOT REFUND. YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME.
NO EXCUSES!!

 

Make sure you login on https://academy.stockmarketwolf.com/

  1. Click on the #Start-Here channel
  2. On your right-hand side you will see in alphabetical order all the active members in our Discord. 
  3. Scroll down that member list until you get the LaunchPass and click on it. That is where you will be able to copy and paste your Activation Codes or type ‘cancel’ if you wish to end your monthly subscription.
  1. Go to discord 
  2. Bottom left you can see the Username and underneath it your Discriminator ID
  3. Provide us with both in the following format @YourUsername#1234[NOTE: This is just an example make sure to give us your unique name and number]
If you are on the mobile app do the following
  1. Open the app
  2. Click on the 3 bars on the top left
  3. Bottom left you can now see the Username and number
